Farewell to a legendary venue There's a place in Budapest that has been part of the history of Hungarian railways and industrial history for over 150 years. The Északi Járműjavító started operating in 1867 and until 2009 it was one of the most important railway vehicle maintenance centers in the country. For more than a century, locomotives, railway cars and legendary vehicles passed through here, while generations worked in the huge halls. Today, this unique industrial heritage is the new home of the Közlekedési Múzeum, where you can relive the unique atmosphere of Északi once again among iconic Hungarian railway vehicles. The exhibition includes, among others, the 424 steam locomotive, the A Warszava rail car, the 242 steam locomotive, the Antonov An 2 aircraft and the Árpád rail bus. On November 6th, we too will say goodbye to this special venue. One last night. A special space. Electronic music will sound among legendary vehicles. BE MASSIVE at the Északi Járműjavító.
