If the event cannot be held even on the rain date due to weather or other circumstances beyond the control of the organizers, the purchased tickets will automatically be valid for the next announced rescheduled date. The organizers will inform the participants about the event's holding or possible postponement no later than 12:00 PM on the day of the event through their official communication channels.
