MaXXXimum Drum and Bass Daytime Rave

We're meeting for the third time at the Budapest Park main stage to party to our favorite music style. The Park and Bladerunnaz are kicking off the autumn season with a massive daytime party: on Sunday, September 13, 2026, the MaXXXimum Drum & Bass Daytime Rave will bring the crème de la crème of the genre to Budapest Park. The lineup isn't just strong; it's a unique cross-section of drum and bass history and present, covering almost every important era and style of the genre. The event promises to be a real treat for the local regulars, as the lineup ranges from the freshest new-school sounds to the darkest neurofunk essentials. The main stage’s most anticipated performance is undoubtedly the joint set by Camo & Krooked and Mefjus. The Austrian trio currently represents the pinnacle of dnb in terms of musical genius and studio technical precision. Camo & Krooked’s melodic, yet incredibly dynamic and detailed style perfectly fuses with Mefjus’ relentless, engineer-precise neurofunk energy, guaranteeing a forward-thinking, head-banging sound. Alongside them, history comes to life in Roni Size and Krust’s iconic B2B set. These are two living legends without whom drum and bass wouldn’t exist in its current form, as the Full Cycle label pioneered jungle and the pulsating, Bristol dnb foundations since the nineties. This performance will be a perfect example of how to handle the heritage of the golden age with respect, yet with elemental force in a modern setting. For lovers of the darker, neurofunk sound, the arrival of Virus Trinity represents a trinity in which Ed Rush, Optical, and Audio unite their forces. Ed Rush and Optical are the creators of neurofunk, the darker, harsher, and dirtier side of drum & bass, joined by their musical heir, Audio. This formation doesn't mess around; they'll push the Park sound system to its peak with hard-hitting and uncompromising sonic bombs. Gray and Selecta J Man’s joint set represents the British new wave and the modern, more relaxed line. Gray’s cheeky, pulsating basslines and Selecta J Man’s energetic, modern jungle rhythms will ensure that the atmosphere never flatlines, and a youthful, party energy permeates the afternoon dancefloor. VIP remixes and dubplates will be flying around in their set. Shaymi represents the local scene, precisely knowing how to build an opening for the Hungarian audience. Three experienced MCs, who have repeatedly proven themselves in Budapest, will support the DJs on the Park stage. Daxta will be tuning the Sógorok set, Ryme Tyme will be the voice of Virus, naturally taking the mic alongside Ed Rush and the usual Andy C sidekick, Tonn Piper will be alongside the Bristol legends, Roni Size and Krust this time. 🕰️ The planned schedule for the evening: - 15:00 Doors open - Recommended arrival: between 3-4 PM.
